TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

(HOTEL INDIGO BARBADOS) NOTICE, 2022

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the

Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Hotel IndigoBarbados) Notice, 2022.
  2. Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet,

to the applicant, Hastings Resorts Limited, in respect of a tourism project for the development of Hotel Indigo Barbados situated at Hastings, in the parish of Christ Church.

Given by the Minister this 23rd day of September, 2022.
