TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (BAREFOOT LEAF) NOTICE, 2022
The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
- This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Barefoot Leaf) Notice, 2022.
- Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet, to the applicants, James Anderson and Penny Anderson, in respect of a tourism project for the construction of a vacation rental property to be known as “Barefoot Leaf ”, situated at Half Moon Fort in the parish of Saint Lucy.
Given by the Minister this 30th day of June, 2022.
