- In this Notice “registration district” means the registration district declared by virtue of the Land (Adjudication of Rights and Interests) (Declaration of Registration District) Order, 2021 and which is more particularly described in the schedule hereto.
- For the purposes of section 11 of the Land (Adjudication of Rights and Interests) Act, Cap. 228A notice is hereby given that the following persons are required by law to submit applications to the Commissioner of Titles by lodging the same at the Land registry, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. michael.

all persons who claim title to any land or any interest in land in the registration district under a document of title, whether or not the document is recorded under the Property Act, Cap. 236;

e. The defendants or any person affected hereby may within 60 days of the making of the Order, appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the Judge and shall give the Director of Public Prosecutions at least 14 days’ notice of the application;
f. The registrar of the Supreme Court serve a Certified Copy of the Order on the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) immediately;
g. The Court dispense with the requirement for service on the defendants of the Declaratory Order, the Counter Proliferation Order and the Restraining Order;
h. Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Act 2019-34, the Director of Public Prosecutions cause a copy of the Order, to be immediately published electronically and to be published in the Official Gazette and at least two (2) daily newspapers in circulation in Barbados, as soon as possible.
i. Costs to be costs in the cause;
j. All such further Orders and/or directions as the Court deems fit for securing and enforcing the Declaratory Order and the Counter Proliferation Order sought in the circumstances of the case; and
k. Liberty to apply.

The Company’s summary consolidated financial statements derived from the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2021 comprise:

We expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the audited consolidated financial statements in our report dated January 31, 2022. That report also includes an Other Matter paragraph regarding the purpose and use of our audit report.
Management’s responsibility for the summary consolidated financial statements
Management is responsible for the preparation of the summary consolidated financial statements on the basis described in note 1.

Our responsibility is to express an opinion on whether the summary consolidated financial statements are consistent, in all material respects, with the audited consolidated financial statements based on our procedures, which were conducted in accordance with International Standard on Auditing 810 (Revised), ‘Engagements to Report on Summary Financial Statements’.
Other matter
