SECURITIES (CHRISTOPHER CALLENDER) (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 2022

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 127A(1)

(b) of the Securities Act, after consultation with the Financial Services Commission, makes the following Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as the Securities (Christopher Callender)(Exemption) Order, 2022.
  2. Christopher Callender is exempt from the requirement imposed by

section 52(3)(e)(i) of the Securities Act, Cap. 318A to be registered as an investment adviser.
