BEST, of 601 Yak Court, Kissemmee, Florida 34759 in the United States of America shall, on the expiration of no less than 14 days from the 03rd day of January 2022, submit an application to the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice for Grant of Administration Cum Testamento Annexo De Bonis Non Administratus of the Last Will and Testament dated the 25th day of October 2007 of NEWTON LORENZO BEST also known as NEWTON LORENZA BEST also known as N. LORENZO BEST also known as N. LORENZA BEST, who died in Barbados on the 02nd day of July 2010.
MARONICA YVETTE BEST also known as MARONICA BEST also known as MONICA Y. BEST is the daughter of the deceased and one of the Beneficiaries named in the said Last Will and Testament dated the 25th day of October 2007 of the deceased.
Any person who wishes to ensure that no grant is issued in the Estate of the said deceased without notice to himself may enter a caveat in the Registry.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Paragraph 1(3) (a) of the First Schedule to the Medicinal Cannabis Industry Act, 2019-44, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security has appointed the following persons to the Barbados Medicinal Cannabis Licensing Board with effect from October 5, 2020 until October 4, 2023:-
