also known as OSCAR HAYNES late of Johnson Land, Whitehall in the parish of Saint Michael in this Island, who died in this Island on the 13th day of January 2011 by ANTHONY PATRICK HAYNES also known as ANTHONY HAYNES, one of the beneficiaries named in the Will of the said deceased.
An application shall be submitted to the Supreme Court fourteen (14) days from the date of Notice in the Official Gazette and from the date of the second notice of advertisement.
