HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY
RESOLVED that the sum of THIRTY-FOUR MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED AND
SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS be granted from the Consolidated Fund and be placed at the disposal of the Government to supplement the Estimates 2021—2022 as shown in the Supplementary Estimates No. 1, 2021—2022 which form the Schedule to this Resolution.

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section 49 of the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Agency Act, (Act 2021–5) it is provided that the said Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation:
AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the said Act shall come into operation on the 6th day of July, 2021:

NOW THEREFORE by virtue of the power and authority in me vested, I hereby appoint the 6th day of July, 2021 as the day on which the said Act shall come into operation.
