TOURISM DEVELOPMENT (SANDROCK VILLA) NOTICE, 2021 The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the
Tourism Development Act, gives the following Notice:
This Notice may be cited as the Tourism Development (Sandrock Villa) Notice, 2021.
Interim approval has been granted, with the approval of the Cabinet, to the applicant Orvala Investments Limited, in respect of a tourism development project for the construction of a villa to be known as “Sandrock Villa” situate at Prospect in the parish of Saint James.
Given by the Minister this 4th day of May, 2021.
