PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that an application is being made for the following Grant of Letters of Administration namely:-
LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION CUM TESTAMENT ANNEXO to the Estate of ROOSEVELT PEARSON GODDARD also known as PEARSON ROOSEVELT GODDARD late of 4 Salisbury Road, Birchfield, Birmingham, West Midlands in England who died at the Sandwell General Hospital, West Bromwich in England on the 13th November 2019 by PAMELA WOODBURN and VELDA EVELYN GODDARD two of the beneficiaries named in the Will of the said deceased
dated the 8th day of May 2012.
An application shall be submitted to the Supreme Court 14 days from the date of Notice in the Official Gazette and from the date of the second notice of advertisement.

Vacation Leave
The Hon. Mr. Justice Cecil McCarthy, Judge of the High Court, has been granted twenty-one (21) days’ vacation leave from 6th to 27th January, 2021.
Vacation Leave
The Hon. Madam Justice Margaret Reifer, Justice of Appeal, has been granted fifty-two (52) days’ vacation leave as follows:
(i) five (5) days from 11th to 15th January, 2021;
(ii) five (5) days from 8th to 12th February, 2021;
(iii) five (5) days from 22nd to 26th March, 2021;
(iv) twelve (12) days from 19th to 30th July, 2021;
and
(v) twenty-five (25) days from 6th to 30th
September, 2021.

ROGER PARRAVICINO of Rhylstone Gardens, Brownes Gap, Hastings, Christ Church being the Executor of the Estate of CLIFTON PARRAVICINO (Deceased) having made sworn deposition that Policy No. S00037996 issued by Sagicor Life Inc., on the life of CLIFTON PARRAVICINO (Deceased) has been lost and having made application to the Directors to grant a duplicate of the same, notice is hereby given that unless objection is raised within one month of the date hereof, the duplicate policy asked for will be issued.
