Proceeds And Instrumentalities Of Crime (Value Of Seizable Listed Assets) Order, 2021

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 120(5) (b) of the Proceeds and Instrumentalities of Crime Act, makes the following order:

  1. This Order may be cited as the Proceeds and Instrumentalities of Crime (Value of Seizable Listed Assets) Order, 2021.

2. The minimum value of a Seizable listed asset, or the part of it that falls within section 120(5)(a) of the Act, shall not be less than $1 000.
